Salary: $90,000–$115,000 DOE + Benefits
About the Opportunity:
Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced nonprofit leader to oversee the operations, growth, and long-term success of a mission-driven organization that serves the community through educational programs, events, and outdoor experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, developing community partnerships, improving operations, and creating sustainable growth. You'll work closely with the Board of Directors while leading day-to-day operations, fundraising efforts, financial management, and community engagement.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the overall operations of the organization and execute strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the Board of Directors to establish goals, priorities, and long-term plans.
- Manage staff, volunteers, and day-to-day operations while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, community partners, and local organizations.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities while overseeing the grant process from application through reporting.
- Grow sponsorships, fundraising efforts, and other revenue sources.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and organizational compliance.
- Ensure operational policies, procedures, and systems support continued growth.
- Coordinate public events and community programming.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience leading a nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred.
- Strong background in operations, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors.
- Grant writing, fundraising, and sponsorship development experience.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and build strong community relationships.
- Financial management and budget ownership experience.
- Experience improving processes and implementing operational improvements.
- Event or venue management experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
