  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, retention initiatives, and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, service-oriented workplace culture.
  • Advise leaders on HR policies, compliance, employment law, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leadership while serving as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Support change management initiatives and help implement consistent HR practices across locations.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with payroll, benefits, recruiting, and operations teams as needed.
  • Travel to various operational and plant locations to support HR initiatives and promote consistency in best practices across sites.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and operate as a self-starter.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.
