INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Contract Assignment | $21/Hour
Onsite | Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Area)
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator for a project-based opportunity supporting high-volume global shipping operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands international transportation, customs documentation, HTS classifications, and the day-to-day coordination required to keep global shipments moving efficiently.

This is a fully onsite role supporting international logistics activities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Assist with HTS classifications and harmonized tariff processes
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or customs issues.
Maintain shipment records, reporting, and supporting documentation.
Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment execution.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiencies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of international logistics, import/export, or supply chain experience.
Experience working with international shipping documentation and customs compliance.
Knowledge of HTS classifications and global trade processes.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

Experience within freight forwarding, 3PL, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
Knowledge of EDI processes
Experience with logistics software and transportation management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
