Imprimis Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a growing enterprise technology organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a global infrastructure environment across cloud, systems, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Execute production infrastructure changes and support ongoing operational activities.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security. - Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and outage resolution efforts.
Support Windows Server, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies. - Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, TLS/SSL, and SSO/SAML environments.
- Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
- Diagnose complex infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, packet captures, and system analysis tools.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams on enterprise initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree highly preferred.
- 8+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise.
- IT operations experience.
- Strong experience supporting Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux environments required.
- Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, authentication protocols, and SSO technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms including Intune and Autopilot.
- Proven experience supporting production environments and executing infrastructure changes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple infrastructure disciplines and technologies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
