Imprimis Group has partnered with a global private equity firm in Dallas, TX. We are currently seeking a Senior Risk & Assurance Analyst - Operations (AI focus). This role sits at the center of a fast-moving Risk & Assurance team, helping keep operations organized, consistent, and running smoothly. This role will work closely with senior leadership to support reporting, build materials, and improve how the team operates day to day. A big part of the job is finding smarter ways to get things done, whether that’s improving reporting, refining processes, or introducing new tools that make the team more efficient. Essential Duties:
- Support recurring reporting cycles and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
- Create, edit, and format presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools for visibility into team activity.
- Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting and content development.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve department procedures.
- Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to provide visibility into status and performance.
- Draft and edit reports, memos, and presentations for department leadership.
- Develop templates and standardize materials across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Help organize team workflows, calendars, and key deliverables.
- Document processes, procedures, and internal standards.
- Track training and certification records.
- Assist with internal training sessions and materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce more efficient tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business support, or program coordination with AI enhancement experience and data efficiencies.
- Experience facilitating the utilization of AI to help the department streamline processes, enhance reporting and promote efficiency.
- Strong writing and editing skills (clear, concise, and professional).
- Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills; solid Excel capabilities, and AI tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Able to work directly with senior stakeholders and adjust to shifting needs.
