What You'll Do:
- Support day-to-day technical operations, projects, and customer initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and assist with technical problem-solving.
- Work closely with internal technical teams and external customers.
- Assist with system setup, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Document findings, communicate updates, and help improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide professional, responsive support while managing multiple priorities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related technical field REQUIRED.
- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply! Open to candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 40%.
Work Model: Hybrid opportunity based in Frisco, TX — 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with flexibility around business travel.
